1.2 — Scope of Terms

This Agreement applies to the jetk7 website, mobile version, and all related services. These terms and conditions must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

1.3 — Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law in terms of its interpretation and enforcement. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation.

2.2 — Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. jetk7 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts if it is established that multiple accounts are being operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.3 — Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including:

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Valid mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Active email address (if applicable)

Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 — Geographic Restrictions

jetk7 provides services to residents of specific regions. If you access the platform from a region where online gaming is restricted or prohibited under applicable law, you bear full responsibility for using the service.

3.2 — Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. In cases of unauthorized use, jetk7 will not be liable for losses caused by third parties, unless it is proven that such losses resulted from a security failure on our part.

3.3 — Verification Process (KYC)

We may request your valid national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is not completed. This process is part of our platform's security and fraud prevention measures.

4.2 — Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to the verification process.

4.3 — Payment Processing

jetk7 reserves the right to place any deposit or withdrawal request on hold in cases of fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity. For failed payments, please contact your payment service provider or reach out to our support team for assistance.

4.4 — Currency

All transactions on jetk7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered at 20x before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 — General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time and are automatically cancelled once the specified period expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they are for betting use only.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in permanent account closure.
• jetk7 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
• One bonus offer cannot be combined with another during its active period, unless specifically stated.

5.4 — VIP Program

jetk7 has five VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.2 — Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events in the sports betting section. Details of actual clubs, players, and matches are displayed directly on the platform. Our rules are considered final in matters of market interpretation.

6.3 — Bet Cancellation Policy

A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a clear technical error
• If evidence of match fixing or other irregularities is found
• If there is evidence of fraudulent activity on the user's account

7.2 — Transaction Monitoring

jetk7 monitors all transactions and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation if suspicious activity is detected. Information may be shared with relevant authorities as required in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

8.2 — Third-Party Content

jetk7 hosts games from various software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. We will act as an intermediary in disputes relating to technical issues or outcomes of these games, however the game provider's own rules will be considered final.

8.3 — Betting Risk

Online betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. You are placing bets voluntarily, accepting this risk. Do not bet beyond your means. jetk7 is not liable for losses incurred through betting.

9.2 — SSL Encryption

All data exchanges on the jetk7 platform are secured through SSL encryption technology. Sensitive information stored on our servers is kept in encrypted form. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party, except where required by law.

10.2 — Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team via live chat or email ([email protected]). Any pending valid withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. Bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.3 — Self-Exclusion

11.2 — Investigation Process

Received complaints will be investigated as promptly as possible. During the investigation, the relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended. Our decision will be considered final, however you may submit a written request for reconsideration.

11.3 — Technical Disputes

In the case of disputes arising from a game result or a technical issue, the game software provider's logs and server records will be considered as final evidence.

12.2 — Acceptance of Updated Terms

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.

12.3 — Language and Interpretation of Terms

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. If any section is unclear, please contact the support team. In the event of discrepancies between versions in different languages, the original Bengali version shall take precedence.
